Breakfast : three eggs and 4 pieces of bacon.
Lunch : tuna and mayo. Cucumber and orange pepper with greek dressing. A cheestick and pepperoni.
Dinner: chicken and green beans.
Pepperoni and a cheesestick for snack.
I'm a 6' tall 300 pounder. When I was a teenager I rode my bicycle with my parents on club rides for two summers. I enjoyed every minute I spent on my old Schwinn mountain bike. This is my journal of my journey to get back to cycling and my effort to get myself back to a respectable weight.
