6 oz chunk light tuna in water, 2 dill pickle spears and 4 tablespoons of mayo. Also 2 cups of baby spinach with 1 orange pepper and greek salad dressing.
I'm a 6' tall 300 pounder. When I was a teenager I rode my bicycle with my parents on club rides for two summers. I enjoyed every minute I spent on my old Schwinn mountain bike. This is my journal of my journey to get back to cycling and my effort to get myself back to a respectable weight.
